I am having consumer number 20534 with Prasanna Gas Agency, Padi, Chennai (Phone No.26253252). I booked for a Gas Cylinder on 16.11.2010. The Prasanna Gas Agency told me your cylinder has been delivered on 02.12.20120 (17 Days after booking the cylinder). But the same has not been delivered till date (16.12.2010) by Delivery Boy. I have to borrow cylinder by neighbour for use due to such delay. They also harrase me again and again. They do not respond postively.

I had booked my indane gas for refill on 14/11/2010. Till today i haven't recieved the full cyclinder from vasant enterprises, indiranagar, bangalore. But how they are delivering to other customers. I hope they are selling the gas in black market and cheating the regular customers.So i suggest IOCL team has to take serious action on these dealers and cancel their license. During my DBC also they cheated me
by taking Rs. 2000/- but other dealers in bangalore are taking on Rs.1500/- only as deposit. Why the IOCL is not take care and encouraging this type of distributors/dealers in market by cheating the customers. If IOCL is not ready to take any action i am planning to send this message to the public through press.

Cooking Gas Agency in Adyar Chennai is refusing to attend consumer calls. All the time all the phone lines are busy.

I am a Indane gas consumer. My gas connection no from M/s Premier Gas Service Dehradun Uttrakhand is 1486. On 20th Aug.2010 I booked gas cylinder vide booking no. 4189. After waiting for comlete one monnth I visited the agency on 20th Sept.2010 as the telephone of the company remains faulty.On 20/09/2010 Agency told me that the gas will be supplied today or tomarrow positively but to my surprise that it has not been supplied till 25th evening. During the period from 20th to 25th I visited the agency three times and each times they assure me that it will be supplied today.I am an old men of 67 Kindly advice me what can I do at this stage because I am enable to move frequently and to pressrise various agency.
