weight loss cylinder
Dear sir/mam
i am arvind kumar choudhary, D-2nd/44, madangir, new delhi-110062, my phone no. is-9650224651, i have complaint aginst maheshwari gas service becuz i book my cylinder dated on-1st may 2010, he delever me deted on 6th may2010 but i refuse the accpet the cylinder due to allmost 2nd half kg less then he promiss me today eving i change ur cyl.untill today i complaint so many time to costmer care and also visit every day to mahehaswari gas service but till now no one can change my cylinder then i don't hav'e any opation after that i write to you this mail
my complaint no. is 55966 .
i need soluation as soon as possable

Delivery of expired cylinder
Last month I booked a cylinder in indane via phone. My consumer number is 27432. They told me that I would receive the gas cylinder within 15 days. And finally when I received the cylinder, I found that it was expired in 2009. I told the man who brought the cylinder from Indane about it immediately. He saw and agreed that it was expired. He took that away then itself. He told me that I would get an other one within 2 days.
I went to the Indane local office to confirm as I urgently needed the gas. Talking to the officials there, they refused to deliver any other cylinder to my house and told me that I have to take it from there godown. On further questioning they refused to listen and told me that I had no other way out than to take it from there godown.
All this harrasment has urged me to complain against them. I would be highly oblidged if strict action is taken against them.

obnormal delay in delevery
I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No:55888, the supply of refill of cylinder through vijayakumar Gas Agency, pammal, Chennai - 75 . The delivery of refill of cylinder is unnecessarily delayed in every month. Every month we get cylinder after 8-10 days of our due date and that too after making many visits to the gas agency. Our complaints are simply Ignored.This month I have booked on 25 th April but I didn't received my supply yet (It is about 15 days).while enquiry they states that there is no supply, this is the repeated answer throughout the year. In this circumtances I am wondered that how the small tea shops were using domestic gas cylinders which is banned and gets regular supply.Most of the tea shops were using domestic cylinders in our area, but they are getting regular supply. We are undergoing physical and metal torture due to this attitude of Gas agency. I request the higher authorities to take necessary action against vijaya kumar Gas Agency to regulate the deliver in time.

Delay in Gas Delevery & Rough behavious of the Distuibutor
I am a customer of M/s Munda Gas Service, Indane Gas Distributor, S.R.I.T. Market, Sambalpur, Pin-768001, Orissa.. My consumer no. is – M- 7869. I am having one no. of Cylinder. Recently I faced great problem due to non availability of gas in right time. The distributor delivered gas to me after 45 days of booking. Therefore I decided to get another cylinder. But the distributor harass me by returning two times. At last when I want to deposit all the relevant document, they denied to receive with signature. Then I posted it through Registered Post. Therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter and give strict instruction to the distributor to behave well with the customer and issue second cylinder to me. The Gas connection is in my father’s name.

Less amount of gas in cylinder
I have domestic gas connection no.41339 with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, Ramphal Chowk, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi. From last few month it has been noticed that there is mixing of some liquid, may be, water in the gas cylinders. I have informed about this to the ownder of Gas Agency and also show the cylinder to vender, but no positive response has been received. However, vender has intimated that there is less pressor in the cylinder due to which cylinder is not giving full response (full flame) at the time of use.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace/repair the cylinder at the earliest. As a proof of the same, cylinder which is filled with some liquid is available with me. My mobile No. is 09716884288,
