Dear sir,

We have booked our gas threw phone from about 15time from 1 month, in S & P Enterprises, My Consumer no. 12476 in name of Anil Kumar, every time S & P Enterprises excutive says " Your gas is booked and you will get your cylender within two days but yesterday when i called to S & P Enterprises they said your gas is not booked, now i am booking your gas.
Every time we are facing this problem with S & P Enterprises, when we talk about delay they arguing with us very rudely, need stricket action againest these compney.

I have a consumer C.No-197959 of 'GURGAON GAS SERVICES"', Mehrauli Rd Gurgaon (HR) Ph-0124-2330462 & 2322062. It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered only after 15 days passed from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice, I booked for my new refill on 18/12/2009 but after pass by an 11 days period, I telephonically further enquired on 29/12/09 about my refill delivery then staff on duty replied that due to supply problem it will take another 2-3 days and by 01-Jan-2010, cylinder will be at your door. But on 3rd-Jan 10, sudden my cylinder in use got finished then on further query, gas supplier promised me to deliver the refill positively on 5-01-10. But when today on 05-01-10 when I enquired again then staff rudely replied that "JAB SUPPLY HOGI TO BHEJ DI JAAYEGI AUR 20 DIN SE PAHLE BAAT MAT KARNA". It is submitted that as I am an AIR FORCE employee and due to Gas Supplier not having consumer oriented attitude, I am continuously suffering and had become bound to think only about cooking gas despite of my sensitive duties towards the nation. Anyhow since three days I am already running without gas and time-being only electric heater made to survive my family. I can proudly say that it is a complete failure of Gas delivery system and Gas Dealer openly got involved in BLACK MARKETING. This matter is before your high office for natural justice and only your necessary expedite actions will help to get the my food cooked.

This is ashok kumar ID number 39517. I have booked my gas 26.12.09 my last booking was 1 and 1/2 month before as they have advice to book after 25 of every month. Due to that my gas over all 28-12-09 itself. now they telling that after 15 days. I have two cylender so i can not get the KEROCIN oil also. kindly take the necessary action

i have a lpg gas connection consumer no.13587 name of rajinder kaur h.no-1308/4 bahera road patiala.i am the consumer of LEO GAS SERVICE near ayurvedic college moti bagh gurdwara road ph-2211099. I have booking my gas cylender last two months, but the said agency has not delever any cylender to me. my both the cylender are empty. please help me. my ph no is- 9872707050

sir, i am consumer of bhagirathi gas service d-3, nehru vihar, ch.sugreev market, karawal nagar road delhi 94, they are not giving cylinder at regular time . and now a day the rate of cylinder in black market is about 600.
