TODAY AS NO OTHER OPTION LEFT THEN TO POST COMPLAINT AGANIST SRIRAMPORE MUTI PURPOSE SAMABAI SAMITI LTD, AS 47 DAYS HAS BEEN PASSED BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT BEING DELIVERED MY GAS CYLINDER WHICH WAS BOOKED ON 29 DEC'10 VIDE BOOKING NO. 8296. I HAVE TO WALK 2 - 3 KM UP AND DOWN EVERYDAY JUST TO FIND OUT WHEN THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED. WHILE DOING SO THE STAFF OF THE AGENCY MISBEHAVE AND ALSO EVERYDAY ASSURE ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS. BUT I AM ASHMED TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE SERVICE OF THE AGENCY OF INDANE GAS SERVICE. I AND MY WIFE AGE 74 HAVING HEART AND NERVE PROBLEM IS BEING HARRESD BY THE STAFF AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE AGENCY TO SENIOR CITIZEN. WE ARE COOKING IN OUR KEROSEN STOVE FOR EVERYTHING LIKE WARM WATER ALSO, WHICH IS BECOMING A PAINFUL VENTRUE FOR US. WHAT AND WHERE SHOULD WE CAN GO FOR HELP. SHOULD I KNOW WHEN I WILL BE DELIVERED MY DUE GAS CYLINDER

I would like to bring in your kind attention that I am an Indane Gas customer with Sun Beam Gas Service, Chilkana Road Saharanpur. My consumer ID is SB8016 (M.M.K Garg)

Few months, our Gas connection was traferrred by SUNBEAM GAS AGENCY to ADARSH Gas agency, and we realised this fact only when we went to sunbeam to book our gas and they refused to book the gas and told that the connection has been transferred. We would also like to mention here that we have been living in the madanpuri colony since past 10 years in our own house and have always been booking the GAS regularly.

On our several requests, some how the person sitting at the Sunbeam gas agency counter agreed to book our gas and he gave us the gas cylinder by booking at some one else name and advised us to come next week for the correction of the incorrect transfer.

Then after my husband went to Sunbeam Gas agency some 10 times but they always keep ignoring saying "please come in the evening... come next week.. aaapki gas to book ho hi rahi hia hum baad me kar denge ...all the crab".. Infact 2-3 times they took photocopy of all the originals from us and said that they will transfer the Gas to Sunbeam.. but again when we enquired after some time, we were told that they have los the papers and we have to give in fresh again.. we have already given our papers to them 3 times in past. Infact during this time we had to purchase Gas from some other resources to fullfill our daily needs.

Recently, my husband had left for usa and when I tried to book the Gas, they again told that we have to again give all the papers as they have again lost the papers.

They are also demanding some 700 rupees for the transfer which is absoluetely ungenuine and I would never like to pay on my ethical grounds. The Gas was transferred because of SUNBEAM's mistake and we have been facing so many problems because of the same for last 1 year. Infact at a couple of times, I have been so much embararassed before those stupid stafff that I can not express here.

Now I most humbly request your good selves to please look in to the matter and do the needful corrective action. In case of no action on this matter, I would be free to take this matter to the consumer forum under the consumer rights having all the IOCL authorities in information about this illegal/non-professional/ highly unacceptable attitude and behavior of sunbeam gas agency .

INDANE GAS AGENCY NAME----FREEDOM GAS SERVICE

COMPLAINT--

I M THE CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS SERVICE. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 4448434.(AT FREEDOM GAS SERVICE LONI). ON 12/08/09, I APPLY FOR THE REFILLINF OF MY CYLINDER, THEY BOOK MY GAS, BUT ON THE DUE DATE I DON`T GET IT, THEN I APPROCH THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WENT TO MY HOUSE WITH REFILLED CYLINDER BYT DID NOT GAT ANY BODY THERE, BUT THE FACT IS THIS SINCE LAST 40 DAYS WE ALL AR AT HOME. THEY ARE TELLING LIE . FROM THAT DAY THEY ARE EXTENDED THE DATE OF GIVING OF REFILLED CYLINDER. THERE WAS NO COOKING GAS IN MY HOUSE. I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE.

my copy number is m-26945...i got a connection from mann gas service,guru tegh bahadur chowk,bibi wala road,bathinda(151001),punjab.....the dealere code is 82-01-0893...i stay in #1499,model town phase 3,bathinda....the services of the dealer have not been satisfactory...we have not been recieving delivery even after 40 to 45 days of request...we have recieved the last delivery after 43 days of request.....and even not been given the contact number of the field manger so that we can complain about this...we have also not been issued the second cylinder on our copy even after asking for the same.......we heartidly request you to take some action over this.....ju can contact us on 9216763603 and 9216063603

I am a LPG Indane customer with Munda Gas Service, Sambalpur, Orissa and my consumer Number is 8540. Regularly I have to book for refile after 21 days of delivery of the cylinder and the supplier. The supplier only give home service and assures that the cylinder will reach you witin 2 to 3 days. But after several qureis the refile is reaching after 12 to 15 days.

It is sorry to state that I am getting a refile cylinder after 30 to 35 days.
Hence it is requested to pass necessary orders to provide good and well to the customers.
