My consumer no. is 18980. The agency do not attend the phone calls. There telephone no. is 917122233211. Even when my cylinder was booked by the telephone on 02nd of Feb 2008. I personally went to agency's office and rebooked it 2 days back. The office staff assured my that the gas cylinder will be delivered within 2 days. Today they delivered the cylinders in my building to other occupants but not to me. This is a regular problem of the agency.
