bribe
The Indane LPG agency ( AKAL agency) which in Tumkur ( S.S Puram ) Karnataka State
are compelling us to procure their stove and other kits for LPG connection which is against the law .
The persons in the company are also not behaving properly.
The People in the company are are telling only if we procure all the utility from the agency only then they will give new connection, of cource we do had produced all the required documents
Please look in to it

very very dely in suppling refill cylinder
Sir,
I am a customer of Indane with customer No 12870 and have been resisted with gas agency
Sundaram Gas Company, 3116/E Sudama Nagar Indore (MP) (telephone no 0731-2489091, 2482255, 2797524). I have directly booked my gas through agency on 4 Dec 2010. They say the gas will be delivered within in 10 days, but gas yet not received till date (7 Jan 2011). I told so many time, please do it on priority.
When ever I am calling the above mentioned agency numbers, it always busy. if some one will pick the phone by luck, they will say gadi is not available.
Today on sep-7, 2011 I was able to call the agency, a Sales girl talked very rough.
Please advise how to tackle these kind of teachers.

Not gatting gas delivery on time at home and gas delevery man takes Rs365 per cylinder
I am having a gas conn. Of Avtar Indane gas ajency Moradabad U.P, customer no-40315. I book the gas on 8.12.10, refill order no-2626. I call many time to the gas delivery man(SARFARAJ).But he didn't deliver the gas at my home. So I went to that place(1 km away from my home)where he was selling the cylinder in a Tampu. On that place he gave the gas cylinder and charged Rs.365 .He filled the delivery date 18.12.10 insted of25.12.10 when I opposed, he missbehaved me. I want action against him & in future i want gas delivery at home. Thanks

Leaking Indane Gas delivery without testing & no response from emergency line
Hi,
This is Sudhendra Mohan from sector 82, Noida. My consumer number for Indane Gas connection is E013277 & the concerned gas agency is Mithala Gas Agency.
Yesterday dated 15th June '10 I received a gas cylinder refill which has heavy leakage & the leakage kept on increasing gradually. I keep on calling the emergency number +919717333366 for help & replacement of the cylinder, but the guy responsible or on duty at that time kept on assuring that the damaged cylinder will be replaced yesterday night itself. But till now, no one popped up with some solution.
The scenario is going on worst & worst. I am not sure about the level of disaster in the near future because of this negligence from the gas agency.
This clearly shows the irresponsible nature of these guys which leads to public disaster.
I guess some serious action should be taken on such irresponsible agencies to avoid such unwanted & avoidable disasters in future.

Late delivery
I have transferred my Gas account from Bihar to Bangalore. I was promised by the gas dealer that I would receive cylinders within 3 working days. But I have not received it after 1 week yet. My gas distributor's name is Shri Guru Krupa Indane distributors, 15th Cross, JP Nagar, 6th phase, Bangalore-78. The contact number is 080-22449211, 22448068, 22456296. Please address the issue ASAP. INSUFFICIANT GAS IN THE CYLINDER
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing problem with your distributor at our area .
Our consumer # : JG-16026
ADDRESS : F 62 C ,TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI 110018.
NAME OF DISTRIBUTOR: JAGDAMBA SAI GAS AGENCY .
We are not getting the complete gas in LPG cylinder inspite of informed to distributor n # of times , we even infomred Sales head Ms.Seema Verma last year ,for quite some time it was ok but now they have started again , the cylinder is half filled with water so that weigth cames accurate at the time of delivery , we simply don't know how to deal with these type of problems, when we are giving the whole amount then why we are not getting the compelte supply,
we called up distributor many times but they are not responding to us .
we request you to vist us so that we can show you cylinder ,pls lookinto this matter Its very SERIOUS & DANGANOUS ALSO. other wise we are bound to go to the cousumer court .

I HAVE MY LPG CONNECTION WITH NUMBER 23754 AT YADU GAS AGENCY,D-33,SITE-4,SAHIBABAD INDL. AREA SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD,UP.WHENEVER I BOOK FOR MY REFILL THEY ALWAYS DELIVER AFTER SEVEN DAYS. WHEN I ASK FOR DOUBLE BOTTLE CONNECTION(DBC) THEY ASK TO COME NEXT MONTH.THIS MAKES ME VERY MUCH TROUBLESOME.I AM HAVING ONLY ONE CYLINDER.BESIDE THIS THEY HAVE THEIR MOBILE NUMBER FOR BOOKING-9818792244 WHITH IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF.
I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 01/01/08 AND WHEN I RANG ON 03/01/08 ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY BOOKING THE LADY WHO RECEIVED CALL ''ARUNA'' SAID THAT THE DELIVERY WILL BE AFTER SEVENTH OF JANUARY WHEN I SAID WHY SO LATE SHE SHOUTED AND SAID NOW DELIVERY WILL BE AFTER TENTH OF JANUARY OR LATER.
SUCH SUFFERINGS ARE NOT NEW FOR ME.
SO I REQUEST U TO CONSIDER FOR NECESSARY ACTION FOR THEIR SUCH BEHAVIOUR AND LATE SERVICES AND NON AVAILABILITY OF DBC.

the gas cylinder booked for home use is being rerouted for commercial purposes
(eg. Hotels,weildig shops etc) by the local distributor, M.V.Enterprises.though it is illegal under law ,no law enforcement agencies minds that. we the middle class people r end sufferers.

Delay in Delivery of refilled cylinders
Sir I am a consumer of Indane LPG (No.18330) through SANKAR, AGENCIES, CHEVAYOOR, CALICUT, KERALA, 673017 . The agency generally takes a period of more than 30 days to provide the delivery of refilled LPG cylinders. When make an enquiry to the Agency they will blame the Indane Company. But there is no any shortage of LPG in Kerala presently. The Agency does not provide better service. Lastly I booked for new cylinder on 06/09/07 but the delivery is made on 25/10/07 only. Please consider my complaint .

Poor service!
I am an ex-NRI and have been trying to get a gas connection at my home in Kerala. But the agents say that I need to produce 'Ration Card' in order to prove my identity to register my name for the connection. Is not a copy of the passport or driving license or the receipt for my house tax not acceptable for the purpose? The civil authorities are not accepting the application for 'Ration Card' now as they are computerizing the existing rations cards and they would accept new ones only after computerization.
