Dear Sirs,

I got LPG connection with customer No OG.17039 on 20.10.2000 from M/s Orient Gas Agency, Market Junction, Kottarakara.At that time only one cylinder was delivered and I booked for the Second Cylinder. No reply was given to me for years and they finallytransfer my connection to Kamala Indane Services, Cinema parampu, Sasathamcttah due to area reallocation with new customer no 8896 vide thier letter dated 20.03.2006.
I again booked for the second cylinder with the new distributer on 25.10.2006 (waiting list no.667) and waiting for the additional cylinder

Please do the needful to deliver me the additional cylinder at the earliest.

We have Booked Gas 45days back from now & last week they are saying yoiu have not booked, when we gave the booking number they say our cpmputers are not working thus they cannot cross check.
When we call them on phone they will disconnect the phone.

After 45days even they are not sure about the deliveries & are making things worst by challenging that try your best we will bot improve.

I am a senior citizen and I have been happy user of Indane Gas
for about 32 yrs. I am a retired govt. servant after serving as
Principal Scientist (ICAR) and am 67 yrs. old. I have been a
regular Tax payer and have my PAN card.

Now I am facing a problem. The supplying gas agency (Chella
gas agency, Selaiyur, Chennai, 600073) is refusing to book for
gas supply in the absence of a ration card. My customer number
with them is 31882.

I posses no ration card. I had applied for one, one year back
but at the time of applying I have been directed to put the
application in a box and no acknowledgenent was given.
However no card was issued to me.

When I approached Tambaram Asst.Commisioner last month with a
new application he refused to receive the same. He told me
that I have to wait for a paper announcement in April 2008
and then apply. He also refused to give me a NO RATION CARD
CERTIFICATE. He curtly asked me to get out.

I, a customer for 32 yrs. is drivrn to despair for reasons explained
above. I am old with host of medical problems for self and my wife
and we are partially immobilised and without any one to help.

I request you to kindly direct the agency to supply and I am
ready to give any undertaking and in any form needed in this
regard.

Please help me sir on urgent basis.

I am a LPG Indane customer with Begampur Indane Distributor, Begapur , Dist-Hooghly,pin -712306 and my consumer Number is 4609. I have booked for a refile on 09.02.2008 under Begampur Indane Distributor (03212 223225). Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. It is used to happen every month .
