Lazy attitude!
Does any one ever get any thing out of making these complaints, I booked gas on 8th Januaey 2008, through IVRS 1260.But it has not been delivered till now. Gas agency's name Jag Jyoti Enterprises tel. nos. is either always busy or not attended, and on IVRS there is nothing that one can do about it, except wait in vain, and no body is doing anything at all.

Delay in Booking of Gas Cylinder
I am using the Indane Gas services provided by Sharma Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi with consumer no 42710. The service of this asgency is very poor. For the last 7 days I am trying to book my cylinder, but they are not picking the phone.
They should be pulled up for these type of services. Indane should warn them for this poor responce to the customers.

dont attend calls
whenever we call for refilling the lpg gas cylinder mostly time they remove receiver from instrument to avoid calls.when go personally they misbehave.

no dilevery of cylinder
1. They don't take booking of cylinder before 25 days . they take lunch time for 2 hrs 1 to 3 pm. they supply the booking after 30 days.
2. Our customer no. - s7217
3. our cylinder booking date was 21nov &they have not supplied it.
our agency is surya gas agency

Poor Service
Poor service
Delay in taking booking. Maintain that there should be 25 days difference in booking a second cylinder.
refuses to take booking
gas booked on 25th October 2007. so far there is no response
and also denies having taken the booking
delay in picking up the calls & hangs up the phone abruptly
Very rude & boorish behavior on telephone

Forced to buy gas oven!
I went to buy a new connection from one of my local agencies in Rohini and they forced me to buy a oven with it. I refused to buy the oven as i did not require it but they said that they would not provide connection without the oven. What should i do in this case?

against gas distributor indane
may inform you that IOC ISSUED ONE LPG connection in my name on 13/12/200.asper sv.no.552462 through its distributor Kondotty gas and allied services,kondotty,malappuram.But it was transfered to Sabari Indane services Ramanattukara,Kozhikode.This inter state transfer was without my request or consent.Customer number was also changed from 8778 to 3747 .Due to unreciept of any intimation in this regard idiid not get the gas for more than 2 months, Lastly i find out the reason that it was changed one district to other with out any informationto us.
Now also i am facing some problems relating this changes. I am not getting proper service due to this inter district transfer.I booked gas on 21/8/2007 as per refrnce number 070803687.but no response untill now.In such condition i am ot willing to continue under this agency. please give some guidance regarding this matter.

i quired for new gas connection but i got a very cold response and incomplete information from the concerned authorities
