I called this company and ask them why they were trying to take 17.95 out of my account and ask them if they could please stop. They responded that they gave me a credit card for online to use for the sum of ten thousand dollars and thats why the were going into my account. I told them that I do not wish to accept this card and to cancel it and refund me the money that they had been taking out of my account which was about seventy one dollars. The lady said that she would take it off immediately and would refund my money back to me in 30 to 45 days and the following week they went back into my account and tried to take another seventeen dollars and ninety five cents out of my account again which I had already informed the bank that the account needed to be closed and they gave me a new account and before they could close the account they were trying to take money again could you please stop this company from doing this and they need to inform customers of this open account that they are offering online and make sure this is something that the customer wants.
