Used their taxi service 4 days ago. When I got out of cab I realized within 2 minutes I left my phone in the cab so I called to ask driver to turn around and bring it to me. Cab company tells me they can only send him a message to call dispatch. He never calls back. Day #2 called 10 times only to keep being told driver wont return calls. I ask them how do you dispatch him to a job? They tell me its not their policy to use the radio for personal matters and theres nothing they can do. Day #3 Now the driver isnt signed on the first 5 times I call. When he finally is he again wont return the message to call dispatch. After 4 more tries hes no longer logged in and theres nothing they can do? Day #4 After 3 attempts I finally tell the woman Linda in lost and found Im filing a police report for a stolen phone. Suddenly she has the owner of the cabs phone number and shell call immediately. I wait half an hour because she doesnt call back and am told that yes the phone is in the cab and he will return it 12 hours from that time and hes going to do it at no charge to me. Im like are you kidding me? I explained that its not a big deal to just get a new phone but the problem is I just had my laptop stolen that has all my numbers backed up on and my phone is my income, So 4 days later and Im still waiting for my phone.
