I HAVE BOUGHT AN INDESIT WASHER DRYER. I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
AFTER 5 MONTHS IT STOPPED WORKING
AN ENGINEER CAME OUT AND DIDNT HAVE THE REQUIRED PART. HE WAS UNABLE TO ORDER IT. ON FIGHTING THEIR PHONE SYSTEM, I WAS TOLD THEY COULD GIVE ME NO TIME FRAME FOR REPAIR. EVENTUALLY IWAS TOLD THAT IT COULD BE A MONTH! WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MACHINE TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE I WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. DO NOT BUY INDESIT!!!
