I booked an order no. TELESALES/0EA090002001, in the month of July, 2009 for purchase of one Reebok track suit, shoe, bag and a towel and paid Rs. 3199/= online through credit card.
I have not received my kit till date ie. 02-01-2010. I have reminded ITB club no of times but they always give false assurances.
