I had paid Rs=70 for Mandatory Checking as per Subha Joshi Committee Recommendation on 08-10-2010 (Image attached). After several intimation, on 16.05.2011, Mr. Sudipta was came to my house for relative service. Initially he started with the oven & find everything is in damage condition. After that he start with price list, like screw is Rs 20/-, Burner is Rs 350/- etc. etc. But he never touch the cylinder & its associate parts. To show this he start shouting. He is in very aggressive mode & just through out my service & gone away, when I deny to spend money for my oven service.. In this connection I want to inform u that, my oven & my cylinder both are working perfectly and satisfied..
Now my quarry is…
(1) There r several points noted in the Mandatory Checking as per Subha Joshi Committee Recommendation, but why the service person is avoid them & interested with the replacement….Is not it a other source of Income through service provider end ???
(2) Apart from regular delay service, can we accept a good behaved person regarding this???
