I ordered for a holiday packaje through your call center exe.and payment has been made through my credit card on 30/10/2009. I had rec. my booking i.d through sms and over phone from the call center exe. my booking id is 440012342 and he told me that if in case i will not rec. my documents along with the free gifts i can call their call center no. 011-40502424 any time i call their, their is ni response in that no they kept the phone in hold sittuation. I had rec. the sms from book club with the detail of my order no- OGA090072786 amounting rs. 3198.00 which i had already paid along with c.n.no of bluedart - 43588506570 DT. 2.11.2009. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY THING. I REQUEST THE PERSON WHO IS CONERNED WITH THIS TO SEND ME MY PRODUCT OR RETURN BACK MY MONEY OR I HAVE TO FILE A CHEATING CASE AGAINST INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB IF I WILL NOT REC. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THIS MAIL.
