	vishal shah August 28, 2009 CANT CLAIM MY GIFT AFTER PAYMENT AND NO RESPONSE i booked a gift for c'd's and a watch through credit card.my membership no.is ITBC09836929 AND ORDER NO IS 0GA090061236, BUT MY UNIQUE NO IS INCORRECT AND LOGIN WEB IB IS ALSO SHOWN INCORRECT.
	Alok Singh August 27, 2009 Delivery of Wrong Books I had made a purchase of a set of 12 Books, which consisted of Britannica Encyclopedia, as explained by tele-sales executive repeatedly. On arrival of package, to my horror, it dint. That is a breach of contract. Now, nobody picks telephone there. Once someone did and did cut me off in middle asking to call after two hours. Since then again no response. They dont reply to my complaints on e-mail. Have sent few reminders also. I have kept this parcel as it is. I had a very good image of India today group but after this i wonder what type of things they are in.
	rajeev bhaiya August 16, 2009 fraud 1)had ordered a product which was charged twice on my credit card and have been trying for 3-4 months to get my refund although the mistake has been admitted in written several times. 2)got a phone call offering a holiday package and was charged for it on my credit card but was sent a package of books of which there was no mention.going by their past record wonder how long this would take to get reversed
	Major Anil Kumar Pillai August 6, 2009 non receipt of ordered consignment for Kind attn of Mr Arun Poorie MY ITBC MEMBERSHIP NO : ITBC07318565 Kindly refer to my letter No 4763/AKP dated 23 May 09 and 05 Aug 09 and numerous complaint made on telephone to your rep whenever they contacted me & otherwise. consignment ordered against following order No is still awaited (a) Order No OGA090025742 dt 08 Apr 09 for Rs 1498/- (b) Order No OGA090029021 dt 13 Apr 09 for Rs 499/- payment for the above order have already been made through cr card and even after four months the consignment have not been delivered to me. Kindly sent me the items or else the amount paid by me be re-funded to me with interest else I will be compelled to take legal action. 	Sudha Kumari Rai August 2, 2009 Amount charged but not delivered I am Sudha Kumari Rai. On 5th Feb 2009, we got an discount offer on "Reebok Kit" from "India Today Book Club" on my email-id [email protected] When we were paying online for the same Reebok kit using our ICICI Bank Credit Card, we got message that the transaction was not processed. So we tried the same process for 2 more times. Later when we checked the credit card bill, amount was debited 3times. We informed the same to the India Today Book Club and they replied that it has been processed thier side. If we are not interested, we can refuse the parcel when it arrives at our door step. 1) Order no M-COMMERCE/0GA090005158 2) Order no M-COMMERCE/0GA090005159 3) Order no M-COMMERCE/0GA090005734 Three parcels with the above order number was send to us. we refused the third parcel. But they our money for the third order was not refunded to our account. we informed the same to them and they replied that the parcel has been received by their concerned department, but it has not been updated in thier system yet. It has been more than 5 months, but we didn't got any message from thier side on this. We are still paying the credit card bill because of huge bill.I kindly request you to please help us in getting our componsesation. Thanking you. 	R P Khullar July 18, 2009 non availabilty of destination offered in ad I was offered one week vacation to choose from destinations all over the world. I requested for Hongkong destination which has been removed from the list by the service provider to India today book clu. now India today book club are just not listening to help.
