I have placed following order 3 months back.

Sorry to say but I have received a wrong orders. I placed this order under "order 6 bestsellers scheme" in which you will get 6 bestsellers in 1 rupee and on top of that you have to purchase two others from the list. In all I should be getting some 8 items but I have received only 3 books which I never ordered. That's highly ridiculous . I tried calling also at following numbers: 011-64583692, 64583745 but nobody bothers to answer them. Thats really sad on such a reputed company. If they can handle there offers then why do they offer them. Its high time I think there should be legal action against them

I was surprised to see so many complaints on this site on the same issue. A fact that ITBC offered CDs at Re. 1 and duped so many people is alarming. I had the same experience and although got some responses after 5-6 continuous reminders, the following is an example of the responses - see for yourself how bogus it is - after 6 reminders they say if you want soon - from the June 1st order to now (21st Aug) is not soon enough for them. Lucky, I opted for VPP and didn't pay by credit cards/ cheque. Advice all to exercise caution.

I had ordered for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows along with 2 more books and a CD online. The money has already been deducted from my account (Rs 1090/-) . I was informed that the books would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. It is past 4 weeks now and the books have not yet been delivered. I have sent 4 emails in this regard and there is no response. The organization should be sued.

I have ordered Harry Potter book on this company over the web on the 2nd Of July 2007. The bill amount has been debited to my credit card. The books are yet to be received. My emails for follow up remain un answered My web order number is web856259.

I received a shipment of 3-books by V.P.P. for Rs.500 wide invoice No. ITBC07318792 Dt. 14-Jun-07 siting Order No. ITBC25122 Dt.10-Jun-07 that has not been placed by me.As the V.P.P. was sent to my residential address my family accepted by paying post man Rs.500 thinking it to be a genuine one. And now I am saddled with 3-books that I don't want and I didn't order.
