Non delivery of defective CD and free gift
Last year around October i brought a set of 3 CD's (Britannica), the offer came through their SMS. Along with this CD set i was suppose to get Adidas bag as free gift which till date i have not received. More over that 1 of the CD was not working so i returned it for replacement but till now i have not received this also. My invoice no . ORA090028971 and order no.OGA090029512 dated 15-10-09. This company and its people are all ass holes and bastards who are cheating peoples and unfortunately we are giving them a chance to cheat us. I am still receiving e-mail from this bastard company. I don't know why government is mute spectator and not taking action against this fraudster companies like India today and its affiliates Bag it today.

Still not getting the magazines for which I have paid the money
I have subscribed to India Today in May, 2008. Even after 2 months i did not get a single copy I wrote to them about the problem and gave them another address where my copies are to be delivered. I got confirmation mail regarding my request but no copies... After writing to them from months, I got 3 couriers of all the old copies. They had even sent my subscription gift after writing all these to and fro communication. But am still not getting the magazines for which I have paid the money. I do not want the old issues. I want regular supply of the issues- which was the reason i subscribed for.

Scam :: India Today free holiday offer . Telemarketing from Delhi region
11 Sept 2009 :: 11:11 AM :: I receive call from this Number +91 1204191700. THis guy claims to be calling from INdia Today and says my name has been short listed (of course :-)) and I am eligible for a holiday package with 3 family members and other goodies anywhere and the voucher si valid for year.. blah blah blah.. Then he say a token amoung of 3K something is going to be changed to my credit card. I will be routed to an IVR and I need to give my credit card number, expiry date and CVV number.. wow...
These kind of idiots need to be stopped. If the number can be traced the police should apprehend these criminals now.

I want telugu India Today
Dear Sir,
I'm A Venkateswara Rao having ICICI Credit Card bearing No. 4477474252135010 and residential or postal address is H.No. 8-30, Sri Sai Nilayam, Srinivasanagar-2, HMT Chintal, Secunderabad-500054 and my mobile no. is 9848541119. I have paid one year subscription of Rs. 780/- (Rupees Seven hundred and eighty only). I'm receiving India Today Magazines also. But I want Telugu language India Today magazines. You are sending only English versions of India Today Magazines. But some of my family members unable to read English version. That is why I'm requesting you please send me Telugu version India Today books from next issue onwards.
Please do the needful.

Subscription discripancy (ITE17412)
I have been talking to wecare (INDIA TODAY)regarding my subscription no ITE17412 for several times. But I am not geting any responce till date. Please look after my issues as soon as possible & revert back to me.
The issues are:
1. I am not geting my INDIA TODAY copies from last 2 weeks
2. I have subscribed to INDIA TODAY in Feb 2007, but I was not geting my copy . I have complained about that in April 2007. But till August 2007, I did not get a single copy of INDIA TODAY . Then after requesting for cancellation of my subscription on 02nd Aug 2007, I started geting the 1st copy from 27 Aug 2007.
3. So my subscription shall end on 26 Aug 2008. But I am not geting the copies from last 2 weeks, though my subscription is ending on last week of April 2008 as per your record. In this regard I wrote to wecare on 12 Mar 2008.
Please clarify me the followings:
a. Is the customer a scape goat after paying for the subscription?
b. If the vendor is not delivering the copy, is it the customer, who should suffer?
c. Why the vendor is not supplieng the copies, though I am supposed to get the copies for April 2008 as per your record?
d. If the vendor is supplieng the 1st issue on 27 Aug 2007, what about the last copy, that I should get?
e. Why my subscription was not cancelled after I have requested on 02 Aug 2007 ?
This is very unfotunate from very begining for a vallued & genuine customer. I am sending you the mails that I have comunicated to wecare on 02 Aug 2007, 12 Mar 2008, 13 Mar 2008.
Till date I have not recieved a single positeve responce from INDIA TODAY. This time I hope to get some sencitive responce from INDIA TODAY.
Please try to be little customer sencitive this time & look after this case.

Continuous late receipt of subscriber's copy!
I have subscribed HINDI India Today for 3 years by paying Rs. 1989/-. My membership No. is 1795503. Magazine is weekly. But not a single copy has been received by me ontime. I have continuously been receiving my copy with a delay of at least 7-9 days time. which means that I am being sent INDIA TODAY for the previous week. I have lodged my complaint via telephone 4-5 times, but in vain. If you want to purchase a week old copy from book-stall you can get it at half of price. So why to pay for the fresh ones. I am very much disappointed.

I have subcribed for India today magazine for 1 year on 07/01/2008 , received the gift and receive the january 2 issue after receive 2 issued i didnt received the magazine for last one month. My payment For subscription LETTER NO is ITE1805273
Can you look into the issue and do the needful.

Online Sales Scam from India Today
Have placed an order online with IndiaTodayBookClub for special offer.Order# MITBC-WEB-1560222. But I havent yet received the item. Have sent them emails...5 days back and today but have no update on the same. This is quite disturbing.
Hope they honour this offer ASAP.
