Dear sir/Madam,

I have applied for the passport at Regional Passport office Patna wit File No A021145 on 28/03/2007 and police verification has also been made at my native home in my presence in this regard but i have not been issued uptillnow i.e, April2008.

Sp please look into the matter & do the needfull.
