1. I am costumer of you esteemed organisation through agency named M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi. My Customer No. is PG-26658.

2. Today 24.06.2011 at 9:30 A.M. while trying new automatic gas booking no. 9911554411 for requisition of refill L.P.G. Cylinder, I faced a lot of difficulty answering automatic computerized telephone answering machine no. 9911554411.

3. Firstly the machine refused to accept both no. 27856431, 27872552 along with STD code as printed on cash memo of M/s Puneet Gas Services.

4. The response of the machine was that the above mentioned numbers do not belong to any of M/s Indian Oil Gas agency.

5. Thereafter at about at 9:45 A.M. I again telephone at no. 27856431. This time a lady answered my call and shoutingly asked about my problem & enquired my consumer number. She very rudely informed me that the complaint / request and has been registered & refill will be provided in four to five days.

6. My specific complaint is that the lady attending the phone was rude & unsympathtic to the needs of civilized society. Her very comment that “ I was free to report to higher authorities regarding not accepting the above mentioned agency’s telephone no. by the automatic computerized refill booking machine.

7. My grudge is the gas refill cylinder delivery is very poor. Moreover the person attending the agency’s phone invariably asks to hold the line for long periods

8. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.

I have been filling petrol from this petrol bunk (Chellam Oil Agencies, 1, West Veli Street, Madurai) for the past 4 years. Later one day I noticed that the meter is being reset to the value in between filling of petrol & brought to the value of the petrol I have ordered, & have nearly short supplied more than a litre. And my bike was refilled again by the worker and told me not to make any problem. Again on an other day, they tried the same thing on me & I have warned him that I shall have to take the matter serious again. Now, 2 days before while I was watching this petrol bunk nearly 6-8 staffs working around busy & where doing the same fraud work, giving no chance for the customer to notice. This have become their regular habit.

I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Aurangabad prayag indane gas agencies (0240- 2321739), but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 05.10.2010. and waiting list no is 730

My Consumer No is 04918. When I called up the delivering agency, Prayag indane gas agencies, opp. usmanpura polic station, pratap nager, aurangabad, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered, but till the date I have not received the same. this happening last 4 year i not gatting cylinder on right time every this he delivered 20 days after booking

I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Prayag indane and IOC.

Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.

sir, m customer of indian oil corporation, having a LPG bottle connection, being 2329. My connection to the company is through its local agency named as PARTH GAS AGENCY. M staying at gandhinagar, gujarat, and the society in which i stay, have GSPC gas pipeline. M staying in a rented premises, and the gas pipeline is in name of my landlord. Agency has disconnected my LPG bottle connection, on ground of having gas pipeline connection. I have brought to their notice that, gas pipeline is not in my name, but they r adamant in their view . M being deprived of my LPG bottle for last 9months. Earlier also in the year 2009, same thing has happened. ATthat point of time also, we have made them representation. Again in this year also, they have disconnected my connection
