Delay in payment to nominee in MIS scheme of deceased.
MIS No.82005 and 82006,
Name of Deceased Late Basu Dev Dwivedi,
Nominee Akhilesh Dwivedi, ME 327, Hemant Vihar, Barra - 2, Kanpur, (UP).
I (Nominee Akhilesh Dwivedi) had applied for the claim of the above MIS nos. in Post Office Kaushalpuri, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in July 2009. Enquiry of the case was done by PRI, Mr. Tej Pratap (Armapur, Kanpur Post Office)on 13-09-09.Enquiry details was sent to Kaushalpuri, Kanpur Post Office on 16-09-09 by Registered post No. 3394. The case was forwarded by Kaushalpuri Post Office to Main Post Office at Nawab Ganj, Kanpur. We have not got any further response from Nawab Ganj Post Office since last two months. On caontacting to Mr.Verma (APM - SBSO) of Nawab Ganj Post Office, I came to know that relvent paper of my case are not traceable.
Kindly take appropriate action in this case and advise me what to be done to get the claim from post office.

non delivery of speed post
I have send origonal Car registration book ( CG/15-ZD /1417), copy of driving licence, passport, Identity card To Bhatgaon, Dist Sarguja (Chhattisgarh) vide Artcile No. EM452470748 ft 18.04.2009. Till date it has not reached. Iave made complain to Post office (Their complain No. 440100-08737). Further they have registerd complain no. 100000-57417on the address http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ccc/PCStatus.aspx. dt 02.09.2009

Non reliability of a non private firm
I had paid my BSNL landline bill in Kadakom Post office( Chirayinkil, Trivandrum dist., Kerala ) in 23/07/07. The last date for the payment was 25/07/07. Today is 16/08/07 and my landline connection is temporarily disconnected and the reason BSNL have is the non payment of telephone bill. This was my first time bill payment in Kadakom Post office. When I contacted BSNL, they says "Who told you to pay the bill in Kadakom Post office? Such things are very frequent when it comes to Kadakom Post office." Now it's not only a matter of me, but also the matter of people coming under this post office (Kadakom Post office).
I think that the age of retirement is to be lowered. So that the old man(Post master) can free himself from this horrible job.

Non receipt of money order!
I have sent Rs 2500/ via money order to my father in Kerala on 09/07/2007 but till date the money is not received by him or returned back to me. I have lodged a compliant regarding this on online complaint but not given any reply after 5 days from the authority.
Very poor service!

Non-receipt of acknowledgment card
I had send one registered document on 21/5/07 through kamptee - 441001 head post office by registered acknowledgment card. Even till today i have not received acknowledgment card due to which the letter has been delivered or not due to all these factors. People are going to private courier what is the use of paying rs 45 when the same service are given by private firm in one day delivered at pune.
