Compalint against TT

Subject: Complaint against TT INDB RJPB Exp .Train no. 9321 dated 3rd Oct 2009 from bhopal to Faizabad

Respected Sir,

I am very very upset to TT who covered his job from bhopal..my brother was travelling in train (PNR num 8523470378) his ticket was in waiting..his leg has got operated ..there was a bo machine in his leg..and that TT told them to leave the coach immidiately as according to him there is no waiting quota in AC.
He was having big machine in his leg..and was totally unable to move even from a seat to another but just because of that TT he has to suffer.This was very very ridiculus job done by him..I know TT was totally wrong even he didnt think about humanity.
I request you to take proper action against them.If India is democratic country.

arrogwent behavior of unreserved ticket counter clerk
i have bought a current raiway ticket on bhusaval counter, i got very dheap and arrogent treatment there when i asked for complaint book the authority refused to give me the book.

BOOKING
Respected sir
I am constrained to bring into your kind notice about the highly unprofessionalism shown by one of the your ticket-booking clerk in our small town called nahan in himachal Pradesh. On 17th of September I visited your booking office to book 26 tickets (sleeper class) for visiting various places in india with my parents, family and other relatives and neighbors. Your booking clerk showed his incompetency as this is a team movement and he is not able to book 26 seats and suggested me to bring one family member from each family. Next day four senior citizens representing 4 families reached from far-furlong area of this hilly state and requested him but he again refused to book these tickets and asked me to visit either ambala, Yamuna nagar or Chandigarh for this booking. He did not even listen these old aged people who specially reached nahan for booking after spending huge money in respect of tickets and wasted whole day here. Being an employee it is not possible for me to visit any of the above mentioned places for booking these tickets inspite of having railway booking window here.
You are requested to look into the matter personally and shift this person else where as this is not the first instance here which is highly provoking and intolerable.

railway stoper
dear sir
i am vipin goyal . i live in charkhi dadri. distt. bhiwani (haryana) . i wish to furnish you that your rauil way stoper mainly closed . its create a huge traffic jaam. loded tarain may be stand at main station stop for 2 dats or morm. in charkhi dadri there is 3 rail way stoper . one is always closed because there is construcations of over brize is going on . at other 2 railwat stoper it have a big problum of tarffic jaam and if public consult to station master then the bheaviour of station master is veryrued . i hope you will definatly slove out to all citizen of charkhi dadri from this big problum.

theft of cash of RS. 2000/- in AC -2 coach
I was travelling in AC-2 coach (seat no. AB-19)of mahananda express(Train no-4084 ) . i boarded at allahabad at around 8: 00pm on 23. 08. 09.
and i took my seat .there wer no co- passengers in my compartment of coach.BY 10: 00 pm kept all my belongings (including my vallet )to my carrying bag and, keptmy carrying bag below the seat(as mine was the lower seat) switched off the light and fall asleep.

At around 2: 30 pm when i wake up i saw light of my compartment is on and attendant of coach is doing something( by laying down)
on being asked he told that heis switching on the light of gallery . AS i was in very drowsy, i told him to go out of compartment and again fall asleep.
when i wake up in the morning at 5: 00 am, as i had to get down at barauni station, i statrted checking all my belongings.
on search it is being found that cash of RS.2000/-which was the only amount persent in my vallet is missing.

AS i was left with no money, so i became helpless. On enquiry the name of coach attendent who had come in night was found Rinku kumar yadav. No complaint register was found in coach to register a complaint.
Insted of getting down at barauni station i got down at begusarai station, i met to station in charge over there, he told that this caseis pertaining to GRP. i went to GRP, no one was found there, i kept waiting for around one hour but went in vain.


This is clear case of theft.
i request that a case against the attendent of coach Rinku kr. yadav must be registered and action should be initiated against him.

I have purchase a ticket PNR No 2261927899 - TATKAL for 02 passengers, 2261927762 dt 09.07.2009 Wait listed for 03 passenger & general ticket No 37266656 dt. 10.07.2009 for below 09 years children for travelling between Saugor to Nasik in Train No 1071 Dt 10.07.2009. On the above journey the following complaints are in serious nature and request you to please check/action to be taken throughly. complaints are: -<br />
01. No single TTE come between saugor at 05.00 am to 13.30 to Khandwa for ticket checking.<br />
02. Mr Ramakar Prasad Ram, Sr Ticket Supervisor came at Khandwa for checking, though we 05 members request him several times that till yet TTE has not come hence you may please convert general ticket no. 37266656 dt. 10.07.2009 in into sleeper class ticket.<br />
03. After several reqeust even from my old father mother side he used abused language and treaten us for break down at burhanpur.<br />
04. Though I was ready to pay reservation charge (without penalty of Rs. 250/- which can not be claimed for my child travelling on general ticket) as and when TTE will come I will convert it into Sleeper Class Ticket but I have paid also Rs. 250/- as penalty. But during 1072 dt. 12.07.2009 at Bhusawal Coach No S-4/59 General Ticket have convert into Sleeper Class with penalty of Rs. 250/- (With Rs. 100/- as Bribe - given by ticket holder travelling between Bhusal to Damoh).<br />
05. He threaned us and family members, with abusing in souting language l for which I am making serious complaint agianst him with Sleeper Ticket No A119506 DT. 10.07.2009 at 13.30 hrs made by Mr Ram with reqeust that Railway authority must be take appropriate penalty should be given ( at least transfer from Khandwa or present station.<br />
06.Same complaint from PNR Ticket no 8454766593 dt. 09.07.2009 travelling on 12.07.2009 in train no 1071 between Nasik to Saugor that two TTE has come in S-4 to S-7 and I have request him so many times for wait listed ticket WL 31, 32, 33 and they dont bother/care for it and allotted many berths to General ticket holder after taking 100-150 Rs. from each as bribe between Nasik to Bhusawal.<br />
07. At Bhusawal IInd TTE has come and I want to complaint the same but he did not give me complaint book and he assure me for allotting berths.<br />
08. whenever he came he allot only two berth in place of 04 wait listed ticket with comments that "way easai ghumate ray ham to do de rahe hai." Le Lo. And he has also allotted many berths to general ticket holder after taking Rs. 100 - 150/- as bribe with bravely.<br />

The above bribe/corruption/misbehave not only done by above 03 TTEs(specially) but included daily ticket checkers in the trains with special squad Ticket Checkers also.<br />

This is ashamed for Indian Railway that in spite of we all are talking to stop corruption, the one of the rout cause is not yet removed or even tried to remove.<br />

INSPITE OF SEVERAL REQUEST NO PATRY CAR ATTACHED WITH AKALTAHKT EXP(2317).
PASSANGERS ARE FACING PROBLEMS FOR WANT OF FOOD.
ABOVE TRAIN IS A SUPER FAST AND LONG DISTANCE TRAIN.

there was a reguler stop and till today(4.8.08) the train (2317) akaltakht exp stopped at najibabad station but railway computerised reservation system not allowing to purchase any ticket from any station to najibabad.

First class coach
We commute by 1st class in train number 132 bharuch parcel passenger, but many commuters who do not have 1st class ticket or pass commute through 1st class and create a nuisance. The ticket checker never comes to check ticket and the chair car coach is also changed to a 3rd class sleeper coach. This is pathetic.

Making the train travel worse
Indian Railway department is showing all its negligence to wards Karnataka people. This is visible in all the actions and execution of Bangalore Mangalore train service.

1. The project of meter gauge to broad gauge took almost more than 14 years, where the initial meter gauge project itself completed in 15 years with construction 56 tunnel in the difficult western ghats of India. This shows that Central railway department is deliberate in delaying the project to facilitate the private bus owners to rule the route.

2. Finally the Mangalore Bangalore train service has been chugged off on 8th December 2007. But this was just an eye wash from the railway department. They are forced to start the train service which was inevitable because of too much thrust by locals from Mangalore and many social activists. So the only way that Indian railway officials can serve the private bus owners bribe is just to make a longer route so that travel by train will take longer than the bus journey. So they made a route via Mangalore-Hasan-Mysore-Bangalore which is more than 500Kms. Where actually the bus route is 360Kms only. Bus journey takes about 8 hours from Mangalore to Bangalore but train journey takes more than 12 hours and still not on schedule, may get delayed due to railway station masters their own reason. The promise of starting a train via Arasikere or Shravanabelagola is still under planning but just in word as it was before.

Today this was clearly visible in their view, i was traveling from Mangalore to Bangalore with my family. Train started at 7:45PM from Mangalore, reached Hasan at 3:00 AM. The reason was that in ghat section there was speed restriction due to rain. We reached Mysore at 6:30AM, but we reached Bangalore at 11:00AM, can you believe it? the reason was that since the train was delayed and out of schedule station master cant change the slot for other train and the train which is late has to wait until the track gets free.

In Ramanagar it was above people's patience and all started shouting at the station master. Train was stopped for about 1 hour saying the track is not free for the next one hour. But finally when people started shouting and came with complaint letter addressing higher authority station master made few arrangements to depart in 10 mins. I had a complete glance how the bribe money from bus owners works with Indian railway officials.

Being a common citizen could do nothing but please some representative take some action to improve the Mangalore Bangalore connectivity train service.
