This is regarding the inconvinience faced while boarding Rajdhani Bangalore at Jhansi station on 07-Apr-2010, at 3.A.M .
My Eticket booking from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Bnagalore City with PNR # 2104202113 .
There was no attendent or T.T in Bogie # B5 to open the gate at 3 A.M at jhansi . SO i could n't board the right coach .When train started movie I somehow managed to board another coach .This was dangerous for my life .ANd still after boarding there was no attendent to handover the blankets.I had to wait till i reached Bhopla in the mng .
This is something not accepatble and expected in Rajdhani that is known for its service.If this can happen in Rajdhani, we can hardly expect anything in other trains .
Kindly look into the matter and take some action against the T.T and attendent on duty .
I look forward to see action against them and a better service ahead.
