When my parcel arrived I looked at the hair and it looked ok until I applied in on my head. The hair started falling everywhere in my house, I had to wear a scarf when I cook that's how bad the hair was. The tangling was worst and I couldn't blowdry it or brush it. It didn't even last a week on my head I had to take it off. It really looked like horse hair. I'm very sure that she mixes the remy hair with animal hair. I sent her emails about six times and she didn't bother to reply. I still have a packet left of the horse hair she sent to me.
