Sir,
I have compliant regarding your gas agency in gurgaon
with name sheetla mata gas agency. we dont get cylinders
on time and agency persons use harsh language to ladies
or they dont talk .they have made cricle booking of 21 days
before that they want book the gas. booking after 21 days
they take 4 to 5 days to give delivery, it means we get
cylinder after 30 days. First they have made circle of 7 days
plus 4 to 5 days to delivery this means 14 days of delivery.
Second it came to 15 days of booking plus 4 to 5 days of
dlivery It means 20 days of delivery. See the delivery
cycle started from 14 days to 20 days And now approx
cycle came to 30 days . Pls tell me can one cylinder run for
30 days in month with famly. Sir i am having to cyliders
in our name but now according to your agency owner the
circle made by him will it work . The cylinder runs for 15 to
20 days. According to him i have to run one cylinder for
30 days. so we should stop eating food.If we argue him his
words are shortage of cylinder, sir i agree their must be
shortage for month or three but i cannot agree for whole
of the year. Now i am telling the truth why their is shortage
your agency persons sell cylinders for black they dont sell
direactoly they have made some agents & to whom they give
cylinders Like some of ( shops) from their we can get or buy
in black for Rs 600 per cylinder. Now here is the shortage of
cylinder. I now the complaint which i have give to u will be
read and no action will be their because of indiane
co-orupption if u are not to going to take the step. then we
have to take steps regading this . what will poor Or middle
class family will do . it means in india people have to live
hungry. its not only this agency but your all agency in
gurgaon. I have not heard shortage of cylinders in other
company if their is shortage it is for one or two month only
why indiane lpg cylinders only ???????????????. Pls look at
this complaint . If no action Is their then I Have to go to
midea and I will show to them how we people buy cylinder
from black market peoples. How poor people & Middle class
have to live.
