no delievery
Indiaplaza is worst site I have ever done shopping.
I paid and ordered on 29th jul and still I have not got the order. they said
that it will be delivered within one week. Order number is IN2907100595.
If any body is listening then pls forward this mail to the concerned dept.
pathetic customer care.

Delayed delivery of item and no customer service response
1. Ordered an item with Citibank reward points on 18 August 2009. The reward points were redeemed by the bank. Credit was not passed by Indiaplaza and the status of the order continued to be as “pending payment”. After several complaints, the payment was acknowledged on 16 September 2009. After numerous follow up mails, the order was eventually shipped on 04 October 2009.
2. Booked an order for few books in early November 2009. One of the books shipped were not as per the order placed. The book was returned by me through courier for replacement. The same wrong book was again shipped to me as replacement. The wrong shipment was again returned by me through courier. The order was then cancelled and after several reminders, the refund was eventually sent in February 2010.
3. Booked order for an item on 03 May 2010 with normal delivery period of 7 days. The item is unshipped even as on 17 May 2010 and Indiaplaza has not bothered to respond to the complaint tickets. No status of shipment is informed and no refund is made till now.

Wrong product shipment
Indiaplaza.in is a online shopping website. I had ordered for a car audio system (model SONY CDX GT470U) worth 5600rs. This order was made on 29th June 2008. I received the package on 1st July 2008. However, they had sent a wrong product. They had sent model SONY GT 270S instead of the one I had ordered for (see above). This is a lower end model costing much less than what I had paid for. I immediately stopped unpacking and informed customer service that there has been a mistake and asked them to take this back and send me the right product. They took a week to collect the product and now it has been 25 calendar days since I made the original order. Still I am fighting with customer service to get my order fulfilled. Whenever I contact, they keep saying that the replacement order has been placed and that it will reach soon. They have charged the credit card and not refunding the money / canceling the order. I am left waiting helplessly for my order to arrive.
Now when I go through these forums, I see that this has happened to many people. I hope others are more careful!!

Non delivery of Prestige Microwave
I booked one Philips Mixer Grinder and a Prestige Microwave on 23.02.2008.I keep on following about the order through phone and e-mails.Only on 25.03.2008 the company delivered the Mixer Grinder. Subsequently they called me to say that they could not deliver the Microwave as it was out of stock.I fail to understand how the company come to know about the non availability of stocks only after more than one month.On 27.03.2008, when I again enquired about the status of the order they informed me that they will send me an e-mail requesting me to choose another product of same category.After three days they sent the e-mail.I have chosen another item and informed them about it through phone with instruction to refund me the excess amount.They promised to deliver the replacement within two days. ut till date the item is not delivered.
I request my dear friends not to purchase anything from Indiaplaza as they are playing with peoples money and time.They do not have any policy / timeframe regarding shipment and delivery of items.The customer Care representatives have a standard line of reply-" We will get in touch with the concerned department and get back to you within two days".Same is the case with their e-mail reply.Also they offer Discount Vouchers in the name of Gift Vouchers forcing you to keep shopping with them even though you do not want to shop from them.I sincerely suggest online shoppers to shop from reputed online shopping portals like indiatimes or futurebazaar rather than be fooled by portals like indiaplaza which does not have any policy other than playing with the valuable time and money of the common people.

No response from customer service
I registered for the Deathly Hallows book with Indiaplaza after they allured with "Delivery on date of release". I didn't get it on Saturday. I sent a mail to their customer service. No reply until today. The book finally got delivered on 23rd only by which time story's end was already out. If they can't deliver it why make a promise? What's the whole purpose of booking earlier? And they can't even respond to mails...
Please everyone, don't be carried away with Indiaplaza's false promises...

Non-delivery of Harry Potter on 21 July
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has not been delivered till 7.45 p.m. on 21 July. I ordered on 16th May, what is the point of booking so much in advance. If it can not be delivered in New Delhi till evening then I can imagine the plight of people in smaller cities. This site and company should be blacklisted and banned from internet. I am launching complaint in Consumer Forum also.

Non delivery of Harry Potter new book!
I had ordered a copy of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" on the 18th of June and it was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep on the 21st of July, 2007. It's 10:30 PM, and I still haven't received the book. The 'order status' on my IndiaPlaza account still reads - "ReadyToShip". They didn't intimate about the possibility of a late delivery. On the contrary, they assured everyone that the book would definitely be delivered on the 21st of July in 9 cities of India, which included mine.
After reading other people's review, I'm afraid I've paid money to a fraudulent company which should not be allowed to cheat people like this.

Be away from Indiaplaza
I placed an order on the 26th of June 2007 for a Philips LCD TV - 26TA1600 on indiaplaza.in.
I have been calling the customer support number for the past 10 days. When I called for the first time the customer representative told me that he would call me back after knowing the status from the logistics team but there was no call after that from their side. The next day when I called again I was said that the product is ready but as they have a problem with the logistics vendor it would be shipped the next day. As the product status was still ready to be shipped even after two days, I called the customer rep again and I was told the same thing this time assuring me that it would be shipped by same day evening. When the status of the order did not change even after two days I called them up again and this time I was said that the product is out of stock. The status of the order in my account still shows up as " Ready to be shipped" but the product is out of stock which is told to me everytime I call up the customer rep number for the past one week. Finally when I got to speak to the supervisor, I was said that the product is out of stock but promised me that the product would reach me by 17th July which never happened. When I called the customer support again and wanted to speak to the Supervisor "Gautam R." who promised me about the delivery, the customer rep tells me that he is busy and the product would reach me only on the 24th of July 2007 which is after one week. When I tell him that I would like to cancel the order, he agrees for it. I had to gift it to somebody on the 15th of July and this would be waste to me if it is delivered to me after 10 days.
If you have understood the entire situation well, I would like to point out few bugs in the entire supply chain practice.
1. First of all if the product is not in the warehouse it should show as out of stock against the product online on the site which did not happen.
2. The Customer support team should give clear cut answers rather than making false promises to subside the situation for some time.
3. The status of the order should not be shown as "ready to be shipped" when it is "out of stock".
I don't think with such a kind of supply chain management system, the site should exist or the business should be working.
My sincere advice would be not to use indiaplaza.in for shopping, please use other shopping sites like ebay.in
