The online site has not sent my promised vouchers .the initial purchse was from taggle.com which promised 12 vouchers one every month ...I have called many times but only promises and no vouchers arrive.
should i contact taggle?Are they not responsible ???

Hi . I ordered one book-The 6 most important decisions you'll ever make, against order no.IN1908100754 to Indiaplaza.in, but they had sent me-Personal workbook of the 6 most important decisions you'll ever make. I received this book on saturday, 11-09-2010, and I informed them on phone on Monday, 13-09-2010 to take back wrong book from me, but got no reply till date. . I have registered this complaint on their site with the ticket no.CNT13101628093339 on 15-09-2010 but got no response.When I try to call them on their no.080-25208795, nobody is attending my call.

I think they have build their company to cheat the customers.

BIG Time cheaters. Never ever buy anything from them. Never advice anyone to buy from them. I had many bitter experiences with this crooked website. They lure you with false advertising and displaying out-of-stock items.

An item (Favourite Nursery Rhymes) in my order IN1206100326 is pending with them since 3 months. They neither ship the item nor refund money! Its been 3 months!!!

They came up with all sorts of reasons that gthe item is not available, alternate shipping address required etc but still I haven't recieved my order.

I hate this website, to the core. They are cheaters and deserves punishment by the cybercrime law.

Indiaplaza cheats with false advertising and fake products and then never deliver them. If asked, they come up with all sorts of reasosn like 'shipment returned' or 'zipcode cannot be serviced'.

I hate this company so much that I want to take legal action and put them behind bars. Can we form a forum and fight against them?

1.The Company has posted an advertisement on their website i.e. www.indiaplaza.in that they are offering 46% discount on the BLACK & DECKER PERSONAL CARE HAIR DRYER PX2, (hereinafter referred as Product) i.e. they are selling the said product at Rs. 778/-- as against its original price of Rs 1450/- and also stated that we can save an amount of Rs. 672/- (i.e. 46% of Rs. 1450/-) and the total cost of the product after discount and inclusive of Shipping charges of Rs. 75/- was stated as Rs. 853/- and also stated that the product shall be shipped in 12 days.

2.Basing on the said advertisement and believing it to be a genuine one, I have placed an order for one piece (as a gift to my wife and also wrote a gift message in the order form) of the said product on 14th March 2009 by paying the said total amount of Rs. 853/- vide order no # 140320090119, since www.indiaplaza.in is a reputed online shopping and as stated in their website that they are world's largest India-centric e-commerce company with over one million online transacting customers globally and they offer a catalogue of over 3.5 million items for sale on their website.

3.Though I have placed the order on 14th March, I could receive the said product from the company only after 33 days i.e. on 17th April 2009 that too after many reminders from me, which is abnormally delayed that what was mentioned in their website.

4.When we opened the said package of the said product (Box) we were surprised to note that the M.R.P printed on the said Box was Rs. 795/- only inclusive of all taxes.

5.Immediately I have written a mail to the company to verify about the false price mentioned in their website (copy enclosed) on for which they have replied that the M.R.P of the Product keep changing from time to time. To confirm the actual M.R.P of the said Product I have checked in the local markets and learned that the actual price is Rs. 795/- (inclusive of all taxes) but not Rs. 1450/- as mentioned in the website of the company.

6.After confirming about the M.R.P of the said product I once again called the said company to know the reason for indulging in such UTP, they did not respond properly and even challenged me that I cannot take any action in this regard against the company.

7.I would also like to bring to your kind notice that the said false and misleading advt is still posted on their website even today and trying to lure the general public with this UTP.

Never buy anything from India Plaza.

I suspect its a big time scam where they just cheat people by taking money and not shipping item. I used the site 4 times and every time I had bitter experiences

One order (200620090339) was delayed for 30 days! One order (100220100114 - flowers) was pathetic on quality. They promised 18 red roses but delivered only 12 roses with an ugly arrangement.

Another order was past the date of given ship date by a month and when I called multiple times, they said they don't have the item and cancelled the item. I got the refund after 7 days.

Another item in the same order was in 'shipped' status but I never got it! I did not receive refund till now. Customer support person says that the courier company do not have service to the address given by me (Guntur). Big time LIE! I can easily dis-prove it.

One more order (IN2307100253) was supposed to be shipped by 30th July but was not shipped till 7th August and the customer representative keeps saying that she is checking with the supplier!!! How long?

Before of the scam guys. Never buy anything at Indiaplaza.in
