Like thousands had pre-ordered a copy of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" a month before the release of the book and it was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep on the 21st of July, 2007. It's 11:40 a.m. on 23 July and there is no sign of the book. The 'order status' on my IndiaPlaza account still reads - "ReadyToShip". They didn't intimate about the possibility of a late delivery. On the contrary, they assured everyone that the book would definitely be delivered on the 21st of July in 9 cities of India, which included mine (New Delhi).

I tried reaching their customer care number 080-41303030 but its constantly engaged for the last two days. Tried sending them mails on their customer care - [email protected] and every other possible mail id but no response.

I wrote a complain to CNN - IBN and they have promised to investigate this . If anyone wants to visuallyt record his complaint, please call Sudhanshu at CNN-IBN on 9819899223.

I had pre-ordered harry potter book 7 on indiaplaza.in and they had promised that it'll be delivered on the 21st of July. But I have not received the book till today which is 23rd july. I plan to take this up seriously. I had written three e-mails to the customer service and also have been trying to reach them at the single number given by them. But they do not have the courtesy to respond to e-mails. I do not know how such companies who are service based can grow!!!

I had pr-ordered The book Harry Potter 7 and many like others did not receive it on 21st as hey had promised, planning to sue the company. Who wants to join in!

Indiaplaza.in is running lowest price challenge offer on Mobiles sold in India, I have taken the Price challenge for So many mobile phones. And there was difference on Mobiles sold by them & Futurebazaar.com. Future bazaar is selling mobiles much cheaper than Indiaplaza.in. For this they were suppose to give me double value of difference amount as a gift voucher.

I have written so many mails to them but I have not got any reply from them. Very poor service!
