non refund of amount on rejection of Offer
I was offered a Holiday package from India Today Book club( on 14.12.2009 & Booking order No.44001795) for Air Lines travel for my family ( 03 members) for Rs.5, 298 and I was informed that they are providing a Kodak Camera of 9.2 Mega pixel. When i asked clearly about the camera, regarding inbult charger, the executive clearly told me that it has in-built. Whereas I came to know that the camera does not have in-built camera. On 16/12/2009 I had contacted the India today book club on 16/12/2009 and requested to cancel my order. The concerned executive told me that they will reverse the amount which I had paid from my credit card. Accordingly I rejected the parcel. So far the amount paid through Credit card has not been reverced. kindly do needful to refund the amount of Rs. 5298/-

poor responce to several complaints/ineffficient & callous staff
I telephonically booked an order for reabock shoes, shorts, T-shirt & socks after seeing an ad in newspaper on 08/03/2009.
First SMS on 20/04/09-- order no. oGA090025547 for Rs 2998- dispatched on 18/04/09 by postal555319.pay on delivery
Two SMSs on 12/05/09--you have missed delivery. pl call us at 011-40502424 for add verification
On13/05/09 I received same SMS & than 2-3 phone calls to make the payment by credit card, that I did & found that my add is incorrect (Lucknow) I got it corrected (Moradabad)
On 01/06/09 SMS --order no. 0GA090046057 with value Rs2998 has been processed.
On 04/06 dispatched.
On 23/08 missed.
On 17/09 order no OEA090001281 processed.
On 09/10 missed.
Several time I contacted them on phone 011-40502424 I had to wait at VRS for long periods & even on repeated corrections my add is still wrong ( some vague add in Lucknow) while my add is Dr. Rajiv Srivastava, Court Road, Moradabad, 244001
They claimed to have recorded all telephone conversation, if that is true one can find out how much money I have lost on phone. If they can not find my add than at least they can refund the money to my account, and for God not bother me with their TA-BOOK CLUB SMSs.
