Few months ago I hired a realstate agent Hatian guy from my neighbour hood to short sell my house. The guy was nice and helped me rent my house while he was working on it's short sell. One day he requested us to loan him some money since he was in terrible financial trouble. We believed him and agreed to loan $1, 200 for a month. Time past by and after a month he did'nt pay me back nor he did pay any attention on the short sell. I called him up, asked to give my money back and cancell the listing.He never answered my call and barely I see anybody at the house. So we send him an attorney notice to get our money back.After that One night he prang called me and thretenned me for life, take away my kids and do something to my car which was parked out side . I called police on it on April 10th, where the police found lots of other fraud complaints, since then detective branch is behind him.Since then we are receiveing unknown life threatning letters every day and finally in one of the letter mentioned that he had created a web sight about us.We did'nt pay much attention untill he send me a print out of a web site which had our names and all lies and horrible bad things about my carrector and my husbands business carrier.Even though we belong to a well established, educated and respect full family.My husband is an honest and hardworking person and I by myself an artist by prefession.The sadesd part is any body googles our name in the net is going to see those nasty things all over the world.Please help us out to get rid of the nasty web page which is written about us.We are 100% s ure that the guy did it but pls help find the evidance that it was him so we could punish him leagally.
