Inquiry is about how to get my money back from an Indus Air purchase. The following are details of my booking:
Booked tickets online via credit card for tickets to Mumbai to Chandigarh return. Dates were 4th April till 8th April 2007. 2 tickets were booked. No contact was made to inform me that the airline had cancelled all it’s flights. We had to book other flights due to this. No arrangements were made to refund my money. I have tried to call all there numbers on the website but none of the numbers go through. There's no email on there website too.
I am now really concerned that I may not get my money back. The credit card company will charge me if it’s not resolved in the next 7 days.
It’s been a complete inconvenience for me as I’m back in the UK.
Hopefully someone can point me to the correct direction.
