Employee exploitation (Non payment of salary)
Frauds: IndustekGroup International Inc, markets their consultant by giving false visa status..
They are reluctant to go with vendors, who are firm to confirm IndusTek Group Inc’s consultants visa authenticity first.
I remember one instance when they denied going with a reputed firm K-force, because K-force are strict on visa verification. (They are in the black list of K-Force).
In recent case, one of their consultants (Abdul) quit the project in midway because he was afraid to get caught on falsifying visa status..
They represent their consultant by giving false information on experience….many of their, Consultants get fired because they never meet the expectation of the client s (In actual they don’t posses that much knowledge and experience what they show in resume).
Recently one of their sr. consultant (AIX/UNIX) got fired in less than a month time, he was placed in Adobe ..
Fake people: On their website (www.industekgroup.com) you will not get any information about the management team, they have put some English names like Alex etc, to attract vendors…
Presence in India: I was working with their company in India, Mumbai.
1) They pay you salary after 45 days (In India payment cycle is of 30 days, with all reputed and genuine companies)
# this 45 days cycle is just to make your life hell, once you plan to quit with them.
# You will never get your 15 days salary, and Sudheer (CEO) will not entertain your call/email.
# In India their, broker (profiles) who pays you salary, acts as he is not paying for your efforts but doing some favourism to you by giving your salary.
2) You will never get a proper salary slip from them.
3) They do not have any policies on holidays, medical offs etc, , will deduct your salary when ever feel like deducting.


Please think twice before going with them.
