My complaint is that this company if thats what you want to call it lies and scams and fills our kids heads up with a bunch of bs... the woman that my husband and i meet with tonight seemed very nice and interested im ny daughter until the fact that we didn't have cash or a credit card number to give to her then the whole tune changed, after she got my daughter all excited cause she started telling and asking her how would she like to be on sesame street. my little girl is 3 yrs. old and thats wrong on so many levels. And it gets better not once did she ever mention anything about all the other fees they have like money to get a cd, money so they can put my kid on their website...why should I pay them they should pay me... and not to mention all the other little hiddenv things they dont mention to you before they suck the first 800 $ they suck out of you...this is crazy, un professional and should be illegal because it's false advertisment and just plain out WRONG...just like she told us that if we got her a card she would only hit it for a fee off 100.00--200.00 to hold spot for photo shoot then I read what I read about how they say that and do the opposite and then say oh u get no refund thats not right cause they don't mention how they lie about how much they are really taking from you. And what's up with this no cancellation thing and no re fund any real and lagit company would allow you to reschedule or refund you your money. I think that these people should be shut down, should of been a long time ago and every studio they have in every state they change names cause they know people are gonna soon now all about them and see the name and run...but thats ok I don't see how it's unethnical and stomach turning and I am so glad that we didn't sign or pay anything until we did our research on them, and I feel so bad for those people who didn't have that chance to do so, and they should get the money back and most important of all...I.M.T.S. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND SUED
