well we were confronted in the willow brook mall in wayne saying how our son is perfect for a few companies they represent and to call and make an appointment so we did and we went down to the studio waited about an hour the reception people were extremely rude once we went in to talk to the development director and she basically shmoozed us telling us how perfect our son is and blah blah once she showed us the prices of te pictures we imediately told her we couldnt do it but then after offering us discounts and payment plan we felt bulldozed into it and we imediately new once we signed it it wasnt a good decision we also told her my husband is in the military and we are waiting for a bonus and will pay the remainder of the money in which we put a $150 deposit and had a balance of $400 and she said we had to chose a studio date just for paper but could reschedule as long as its 7 days before the date! so i called and spoke to a very rude man who answered the phone giving me an extremely hard time telling me i couldnt reschedule and i explained to him also that my husband is in the military and he is going to training in texas for 90 days and we are going with him and he proceeded to tell me i knew about that ahead of time i shouldnt have booked the date and i am cancelling 10 days ahead of time. so i then got on the computer and googled the company and more then a dozen complaints came up what can we do i dont want to pay the rest of this money and get scammed and i have already delt with the lose of 150 but we cant aford to lose the rest and my husbnad has gotten orders to move to virginia so we couldnt use there services anyway so what can i do
