I have been trying to save my home and get a modification. I was given 60 days by the court before they sell my home, the bank has been delaying me. I called them today and they told me they will complete working on my modification on the 18th of November. My sale date is October 2. They said they wont postpone my sale date. I am a single woman raising my grand children. What can I do?
