We have submitted a short sale package on May 21st, 2009. After numerous phone calls we were advised that a negotiator by the name of Marcel Kenty was assigned to the loan on June 26th and were giving direct e-mail to the negotiator ( [email protected]). From June 26th until August 1st, 2009 I have been e-mailing Marcel Kenty almost every week and still calling the bank but getting no response from the negotiator and no updated information from costumer service. On August 20th, 2009 proposed buyers got tiered of this game and canceled the contract. We submitted a new offer for a higher amount on September 4th, 2009 and once again Marcel Kenty was assigned to the deal as a negotiator. I have put several requests to have costumer service e-mailed Marcel Kenty with a request to at least put some updated notes on the account, but he never responded or updated account with any notes or comments.
Who ever this Marcel Kenty “ the negotiator” is, he is definitely not working in the best interest of the bank and should not be allowed to kill another deal.
