I bought a product called Inesoft Phone Dec 30 2009 and the same day after I had to get a Asurion replacement phone. I thought I could simply use the very same installer and put my purchase on my replacement insurance phone but this was not the case as it gave me a different unlock code. No big deal I thought, I'll just write support.
Well after sending three letters over the course of a week starting the day I had to file for a replacement phone, DEC 31 2009, and never getting a reply I'm just assuming now I never will. I was looking at purchasing other products from this company but after this I'll just look elsewhere. I will thoroughly avoid either of these companies in the future. I even opened a Paypal dispute against this company but lucky for me virtual items are not covered by paypal protection...
A side note- EVERY single other company I emailed asking for new unlock codes for products I purchased GLADLY emailed them to me THE VERY SAME DAY.
