I agree with ALL the other complaints read on the complaints board about INFINITY INCENTIVE GROUP. This company is a FRAUD, SCAM, WASTE OF YOUR TIME and MONEY.

A two hour presentation about vacation travel by BELLE TRAVEL (a sponser) turns into a 2-month nightmare with Infinity Incentive Group. Even if you read the fine print of the terms and conditions, you will find the following to be true: 1. It is NOT worth your time/money to deal with this company and 2. The terms and conditions DO NOT tell you exactly what you will be paying additional to the $100 deposit they request.

The company asked for an additional minimun (not maximum) $200 after I sent the initial $100 for air travel tickets that were supposed to be free and the only thing I was to pay for was taxes. When I spoke to a customer service rep, they told me that this promotion was only supposed to be a 10% discount off a full fare ticket. I DISAGREED and told her that I can find much cheaper airfares on the Web and wondered why anyone in their right mind would use Infinity Incentive Group to book travel. They were also rude.

I wish I researched the complaint board before sending in my $100 deposit as it would have saved a few headaches. Thankfully I received my refund for the deposit, but not after spending about $7-10 worth of postage/certified mail and the two months of my life wasted dealing with the company.
