I order a logo concept from this company and I wanted to certain specifications. This company never listened to my ideas. They just slapped their own logo from probably their drawers, and called my logo. When I requested a refund, they said they would... but never refunded by money. I am still trying to recoup my refund. I went through my credit card company, but was not successful. 2 days ago, I called Infinity Logo Design and a guy name JOE FLINTOFF (he said that's his name)... would refund the money... He even offered to give me his email address, [email protected]. I tried emailing him after I did not get my refund, and guess what? The email just bounced back... Stay away from this company!!! And, stay away from DesignPay.com too... that's their sister company that does the billing for them. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THEM!!! OR, RISK YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
