This company does not give you your money back as advertised. The employees use high pressure selling tactics and are dishonest. I contracted with them to design a logo for my small business. I carefully read and understood their satisfaction guarantee - after you receive initial concepts but before asking for revisions, I could ask for and receive a full refund. I received my initial concepts and they were terrible. Nothing original at all. I requested a refund. I was told I would recieve one. Eight months of followup and I still didn't have a refund. I finally went through a different channel than my account representative( they make you talk to that person for everything) and someone from customer service emailed me back and said in writing that they could see that I requested a refund eight months ago but did not know why it wasn't processed. They would have a manager call me back. The manager called me back and said he didn't have any record of my refund request (A LIE SINCE I HAD IT IN WRITING FROM HIS OWN COMPANY THAT THEY SAW WHERE I REQUESTED A REFUND), the account manager I worked with had left the company and I was not getting a refund because it was eight months later and he didn't have record of my request. He told me I could only get a refund within 90 days of my concepts. I sent all my documentation to my credit card company (including the email from Infinity stating that they could see where I requested a refund but didn't know why it wasn't processed) and they charged back Infinity Logo Design. I do not recommend this company. Buyer beware.
