I recently purchased a 2011 M56x for Infiniti of Orland Park. When purchased there were aftermarket rims/tires on the car. Really made the car. Well after having the vehicle a few weeks, I had to take it in for ECM updates, , which by the way took this dealership 4 times to get it to work. But everytime they worked on the car, they cleaned the car. Which I was thankful for.. but, but. I told the porter NOT to spray any chemicals on those rims, that it will deteriate the chrome.. Well after a few weeks, the chrome started falling off, on all 4 rims.. So I took it back, pointed it out the the salesmen..Well we know how they are, , they have to talk to someone.. So I talked directly to the GM...he made a phone call.. the wheel guy come out.. Replaced 3 out of the 4 rims.. one looked as if I curbed it..
I said are you kidding me.. you honestly think I am going to curb a $70k car? I told the GM why there were issues with this rims.. it's the chemicals the porters are using.. So while I waited for new rims.. I walked around the lot.. I found 5 vehicles with bad rims..that have all been cleaned by the porters..
Well the wheel guy replaced all those.. even on a demo.. but MINE? Nope..
So I told the GM.. really> after I've purchased 5 brand new Infinitis and 2 other vehicles from you. your going to loose my business over $400 rim..
His words... If you weren't trying to scam me, I would replace it..I laughed and walked out..
I will NEVER go back to this place. I've sent so many people to this place.. but never again...
Lisle Infiniti, here I come.. Oh Frank at Orland Park.. I'm getting another car!!
If you want good customer service, , stay away from Infiniti of Orland Park. it's not what it use to be.. it's all about the money now.. not the customer!!
