This company is billing for service I did not order. I called to cancel my order and refund monies I paid and was confronted by an unprofessional customer service representative named Melissa and an inept customer service manager named Allan. I insisted that I did not order this service and was told that they have my digital signature and sent me a no response email confirmation. I informed them that I don't know what service they offer and that is why I am 100% certain that I did not order their service. They cannot provide proof that I ordered the service and that I actually used the service. I was told that they canceled my account but cannot refund any monies that I paid.
This is unlawful and fraudulent. ATT or any phone providers should not allow3rd party providers to add to the phone bill without the account holder's permission communicated to ATT directly.
All victims of this scam should report this company to the Better Business Bureau.
