I was looking for a recipe and the site info-text-alert.com asked for my cell number in order to register to go and see the recipe. That was 3 months ago and I am finally figuring out they were charging me 9.99 a month for some stupid text alert I got on my cell 2-3 times a month! It's a rip-off and the alerts were, in example: To remove an egg shell from your batter, use another piece of shell. It atracts the other pieces. Then another sms follows that says: Info: Text Alert: then large space, scroll...The Text Alert Program, then a large space, scroll...then at the bottom is says you are being charged for this caca. There is no number to call them and my cell company restored the charges. These people should be stopped! Imagine $9.88 a month for egg shell info... Another surprise is, I was being charged for receiving these stupid hints by my cell company. It was deducted from my number of allowed texts. In essence, I was paying two companys for these "special" hints.
It's a SCAM!
