Monthly billing. No report

I applied on line for my three (3) free credit reports last Fall 2010. I received the Reports once, but I am still being charged $14.95/ month on my First Financial Credit Union account! This amount continues to be charged on my Statement of Account. I wish this charge to cease immediately as of this date-March 14, 2011. I will also inform my Credit Union not to make payment anymore. charging my credit card after cancellation

I signed yp but couldn't getany infofrom them on my credit so I cancelled the exact day Isigned up. BUT they have continued to charge my mom's credit card every month...$15.88

They do not have a phone number on the creditcard statement and they web address is no longer there...complete scam!
