charges to my account
I have cancelled this service and am still getting a monthly charge of 14.95 on my Amer Express card.
I want to have the charges stopped.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON C.C.
My American Express card was being charged 19.95 a month. There is no phone number listed to call and cancel. I contact A.E. they said they have enabled this company from charging my c.c. they suggested I contact the company. I did and they wanted my c.c. number or social #. I refused to give it to them. However, I have been assured by A.E. that they can no longer charge my c.c.. I was shocked that this company that does so much T.V. advertising is screwing people each month by charging their credit cards for nothing.
DO NOT RUN A CREDIT REPORT THROUGH FREECREDITREPORT.COM, they are crooks.

monthly charges
this California business does a great job of keeping its phone number secret. I tried to cancel their monthly charges and could not find a number. I had American Express put a block on future payments and sent a letter to the company. Funny, they said they never got it. For those of you with the same problem, here is their phone number 1-800-220-2626. It took a supervisor and 15 minutes of my time. If I were you I would not bother with who ever answers, because as we all know they can;t do anything anyway without their supervisor's permission. Good Luck. Pass this number on so everyone can cancel their subscription.

NORMALLY, TO CANCEL ANY TRANSACTION CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. A PHONE NUMBER WOULD BE PROVIDED IN THE MONTHLY STATEMENT.
THIS IS NOT THE CASE

Fee of 14.95 charged me in Jan. & Feb, 2110
I never signed up to pay for a credit report. I have only used Equifax for my free credit report. Both my January & February billing statements from American Express show a charge of $14.95!
