Web site reported that i was to be charged $1.00 for a "free credit report" for a 7 day trial...Next thing I know they have charged me $29.95 to my card. When i called them to ask for a refund at first they refused, then they stated they would give me a $15.00 refund. I was never told that I was going to be charged $29.95...or it was written somewhere that i did not see or else i would not have clicked on it. They are scamming people stating that they will only charge $1 if you cancel within a 7 day trial. Then somehow they got $30 extra dollars...They are fraudulant!!! do not use!!!

I have tried to cancel auto w/d from my checking acct. for months now. When I call they cannot find my acct. I have emailed and sent all email addresses it could have possibly been, ss#, phone #, anything else you can think of and they "still cannot find my acct." I need this to stop!!! I have contacted my bank and even the man I spoke with there laughed and said " I have been there, done that with these people myself" He suggested just changing my debit card # which I will most likely have to do after christmas shopping. Thanks for all the stress and all the money you have bleed from me.

Beware of info.freecreditreport.com! They claim to provide a free credit report via the Internet, but when you sign up you are unwittingly agreeing to a membership which entails a monthly charge of $12.95. The only way you can remove this is by calling them within 24 hours.
