There is several reasons I will not shop at this Ingles. First the manager Kevin Byers. He is very rude to the customers by walking around the store with his bluetooth on his ear. I have heard him jump onto his help for even looking at their phone. They are not aloud to talk, text, or have thier phones out of their pockets yet he can walk around with his constantly on his ear. You as a customer walk past him he does not speak or does he acknowledge that you are even in his store. He has always had a bad reputation and now I see it for myself. Also he has an assistant manager named James Harris. I know there have been many complaints on this manor being rude!! Not only to the customers but also to the help in front of customers!!! If you ask this asst. manager anything relating to the store he says" I don't know maam" or sir. That is very bad management on all sides. Since I have experienced these two managers I have not shopped at Ingles in the last two months. I have lived in this area for 43 years and I have alot of family and friends whoe seen and heard the same things as I have and are not shopping there anymore. I hope there will be something done soon.
