We moved in here and our rent was $770.00, and when we looked at the place originally and put a deposit down, she said there would be an extra pet fee, which was fine. When we come back to sign the lease, there is a different person in the office, and the lease states $770.00 and we asked if there would be the pet fee and they told us no. The place was a dump when we moved in here, and they never cleaned it. The new carpet they put in is garbage, and we have lived here for a few months and it still sucks carpet fibers up, and which is also a reason I sneeze a lot. We report all the problems and a few weeks later when we discover new problems, we go report them and they have a new manager or someone else in the office(this is like the 4th or 5th different manager or person working in the office in like less then a month) We pay our rent the first month, and then the 2nd month, and sometime around the 2nd month, the place got a new manager AGAIN(This place changes managers like people changes socks), and I paid the rent, and she calls 21 days after the rent is due, and says we owe the pet fee. We call back after we look at our lease and she is like "o well ya the lease says 770 but you still owe the pet fee, and she says she will call us back. Then later she calls us back and says we now have the pet fee every month, and we also owe a late fee for not paying the pet fee, and they waited 21 days after before they told us just so they could charge us a late fee.

Also, shortly after we moved in, someone who lives here told us how they had black mold in the apartment we moved into and thats why the people who lived here before us moved out, and they said the mold is suppose to be gone, but after we moved in, a couple people in my family got really sick...

Just don't rent from INH, very very rude people to deal with.
