terrible customer service
I order the see saw wall tiles. When they were shipped they were not delivered as shown. They are cardboard pieces of paper. The ends were all bent and many were not useable. I painted them as instructed and salavaged whatever i could. i returned the unused tiles (i paid for shipping) and awaited my money back. after many phone calls i was told they were damaged and i could not get my money back. they said i should have insured it. they were not willing to send them back to me either. i now get their stupid emails almost daily about the specials as a constant reminder of my mistake. stay away they are charlatans.

Awful customer service
Purchased multiple items to include sheets, duvet cover, and pillows in excess of $500. Upon receipt noted colors were significantly different than pictured. Tried calling for an RMA to return sealed selected items only to receive loop around to email address. Attempted email which took over a 1 1/2 weeks and 2 requests for a response. Immediately shipped items back next day where it took over a month and multiple unanswered emails for credit to show on CC. Credit was minus 20% (their restocking fee for unopened items). Thanks for keeping my $50 on your overpriced crap, I won't ever deal with this company again. Horrendous customer service.

Bad service
I understand companies have policies to protect themselves from consumers & businesses. However, companies should also be flexible in their policy & make exceptions in special circumstances.

In Inhabit Living's case, they refused to allow a return of down-fill pillows purchased through their online store.

The reason for the return request: I didn't know my family is allergic to down feathers until they started sneezing, eyes tearing and difficulty breathing after one of the pillow packages opened.

Inhabit Living holds me as the mother responsible for not being more careful about ordering their product and putting my family in jeopardy.

Inhabit Living feels I should live up to their policy regardless of my initial sincere interest in their items.

If I had known about the down feather allergies, I would have saved myself the hassle of spending a good amount of money on their merchandise.

If I had known about Inhabit Living's level of customer service, I would have clicked on to another website.

And If I had double-checked with the Better Business Bureau, I would have discovered they have a UNSATISFACTORY rating.
