Never do business with Inhouse Warranty! I was with them from 2007 to 2009 and I had nothing but grief and frustration everytime I had service request. Freeman seems to work with you if the job/replacement parts will cost less than the $50 co-pay. In 2009 the AC unit in my rental property went out and Inhouse denied replacement/repair of the unit because the property was over 10 years old. The company will repair a long list of problems from the roof leaks to faulty appliances EXCEPT if the house is over 10 years old in which they never told me when I sign up for their service! I ended up replacing the unit for $4000 with another company (not with them coz I refused to give them anymore money). 6 months after, I decided to terminated the one year contract that I sign for and I was told that the refund for the remaining 6 months that I payed for in advance will be mailed to me within 3 months. After 3 months I called and I was told it will be mailed to me. Several weeks later no refund came and everytime I called or emailed the company, I was given the same excuse that it was being worked on. Billing department don't even answer my calls anymore and also my email.
