I ordered ink cartridges from this company on 28 September 2009. I received confirmation of the order by e-mail and also notification that the package had been dispatched first class via Royal Mail and should be delivered to me within 72 hours maximum. Payment has been taken from my bank account. On 1 October I e-mailed the company to say that I had not received the order and they replied saying that Royal Mail had a huge backlog of packages and would I wait until 9 October, when I could make a claim for non-delivery of goods and they would send a replacement order. Today, when I attempted to get in touch with them, I discovered that their website has been suspended. I then accessed a review website and discovered that other customers have also not received their goods, although payment had been taken at point of order. It would appear that this company has been taking orders, together with payment, under false pretences, knowing that it would be unable to honor orders.
